Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

Every song created by Nixy Kids LLC is fully personalized and crafted with care. If the song does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right — free of charge.

2. Free Revisions

If you are not happy with your song, simply reply to your delivery email and tell us what you would like changed — more energy, a different theme, a different style, or anything else. We will revise the song until you are completely satisfied, at no additional cost.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if:

• The song does not match the personalization details you provided
• There is a technical issue with the delivered file
• You are not satisfied after revision attempts

Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@nixy.kids within 7 days of receiving your song. Please include your order email address and a brief description of the issue.

All refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The request is made more than 7 days after delivery
• Incorrect information was provided at the time of order (wrong email, name, etc.)
• The song has already been used publicly (e.g., posted on social media, played at an event)
• Change of mind after the song has been delivered and matches all provided details
